Pengembangan Blended Learning Menggunakan Model Flipped Classroom Pada Mata Kuliah Pengantar Manajemen

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan desain pembelajaran dan bahan belajar online pada mata kuliah Pengantar Manajemen di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Maritim “AMI”. Pembelajaran blended learning dengan model flipped classroom dikembangkan untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran yang berpusat kepada siswa dan membekali siswa dengan kompetensi keahlian abad 21. Produk ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan web based design. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan kuesioner, wawancara, dan tes validasi ahli. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi dari ahli materi, media, desain pembelajaran, produk ini dikategorikan baik dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
