JAMUN (SYZYGIUM CUMINI) SKEELS: A TRADITIONAL THERAPEUTIC AND ITS PROCESSED FOOD PRODUCTS
Abstract
Tujuan review artikel ini yaitu untuk mengetahui terapi tradisional dan produk olah makanan pada Jamun (Syzygium cumini) skeels. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur yang dimana studi literatur bisa didapat dari berbagai sumber baik jurnal, buku, dokumentasi, internet dan pustaka. Pada review kali ini, akan menyajikan ringkasan yang komprehensif mengenai terapi tradisional dan produk makanan pada Jamun (Syzygium cumini) skeels. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan yaitu jurnal ilmiah yang dimaksudkan berupa naskah publikasi nasional dan internasional dengan tema berfokus tentang Jamun (Syzygium cumini) skeels. Hasilnya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang komprehensif tentang potensi terapeutik Jamun dan produk makanan olahannya. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang sifat-sifat fungsional dan manfaat kesehatan Jamun, kita dapat meningkatkan pemanfaatan tanaman ini dalam bidang kesehatan dan industri pangan, serta mendukung praktik terapi tradisional yang telah ada selama berabad-abad.
