Abstract

Technology advances are growing rapidly and acreated to make it easier for humans to carry out work and activities. Automatic light control or control systems are also increasingly used in community activities and work. To control the lights, people usually still use manual switches that are less efficient because still require movement to control them, this is what makes some people reluctant to turn off the lights and in the end the lights are not turned off and left on. In this modern era, with rapidly developing technology, everything can be controlled automatically or through a remote system. However, people still use manual ways to control lights at home. This automatic light control tool using a Bluetooth-based Arduino Uno microcontroller that can be run by sending commands through the Bluetooth application on a smartphone that is already connected to a Bluetooth connection. Furthermore, the data is received by the Bluetooth HC-05 module to send to the Arduino Uno microcontroller for processing, after the data is forwarded to the Relay module which is connected directly to the lamp as an output from a Bluetooth-based automatic light controller.
