Implementasi Program Pembinaan Rohani Islam Pesantren At-Tawwabin di Lapas Kelas I Cipinang

Abstract

Tingginya angka kriminalitas menyebabkan dibutuhkan suatu lembaga yang melakukan pembinaan untuk mengurangi angka kriminalitas tersebut. Lembaga tersebut yaitu Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan yang melalui lembaga pemasyarakatan memberikan suatu pembinaan kepada narapidana agar bisa berprilaku baik sehingga tidak mengulangi perbuatannya kembali. Lembaga pemasyarkatan kelas 1 Cipinang merupakan suatu lembaga pemasyarakatan yang memiliki banyak program salah satunya ialah program pembinaan keagamaan. Program pembinaan keagamaan yang dilakukan salah satunya ialah Program Pembinaan Rohani Islam Pesantren At-Tawwabin. Pada implemetasinya program tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik dan rutin dilaksanakan. Hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya narapidana yang merasa terbantu dengan mengisi kegiatan yang berdampak positif. Namun ada juga kendala yang dihadapi salah satunya ialah dari segi sumber daya fasilitas. Fasilitas yang belum memadai juga menjadi penghambat program pembinaan pesantren At-Tawabbin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana implementasi program pembinaan rohani islam pesantren at-tawwabin yang menggunakan kerangka pemikiran Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, dan Struktur Birokrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam yang menjadi data primer, studi dokumentasi sebagai data sekunder serta analisis dan metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini ialah pada implementasi program tersebut Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Cipinang telah melaksanakan program dengan cukup baik dan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kegiatan para narapidana sesuai dengan tujuan lembaga pemasyarakatan yaitu sebagai proses perbaikan diri.
