Pengaruh Social Support Dan Task Crafting Terhadap Job Performance Yang Dimediasi Innovative Work Behavior Pada Barista Kopi Kenangan Bekasi Selatan

Abstract

Seiring dengan majunya zaman, kebiasaan minum kopi ini tak hanya dilakukan di rumah saja, namun kerap ‘bergeser’ ke tempat lain seperti warung kopi, bahkan ke gerai-gerai kopi modern yang biasa disebut coffee shop. Indonesia sendiri menjadi negara peringkat ke 14 yang mendapatkan keuntungan dari kopi. Salah satu usaha kedai kopi dari Indonesia yang menjadi pelopor maraknya usaha kedai kopi dengan konsep dan yang saat ini telah memiliki ratusan gerai di seluruh Indonesia, yaitu Kopi Kenangan.

Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh Social Support, Task Crafting, Innovative Work Behavior, dan Job Perfomance pada Kopi Kenangan di Bekasi Selatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji Hipotesis, analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan SPSS, serta uji hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 131 karyawan Kopi Kenangan di Bekasi Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Social Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, (2) Task Crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, (3) Innovative Work Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, (4) Social Support tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, (5) Task Crafting tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance, (6) Social Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Innovative Work Behavior, dan (7) Task Crafting berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance yang dimediasi oleh Innovative Work Behavior
