Pengaruh Kinerja Pegawai Tata Usaha Terhadap Layanan Administrasi di MA Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta
Abstract
The purpose of this research is; (1) to find out the performance of administration/TU employees at Ma Nihayatul Amal Rawameta (2) to find out administrative services at Ma Nihayatul Amal Rawameta (3) to find out the effect of the performance of administrative/TU employees on administrative services at Ma Nihayatul Amal Rawameta. This type of research uses qualitative which I get from journals or according to experts or from sources I ask directly, in this case it requires valid data or delivery or very clear delivery so that everything goes as it should be conveyed by the school. Qualitative is an understanding that is descriptive in nature and tends to use process analysis and the meaning or perspective of the subject in qualitative research is more emphasized, compared to quantitative research. The interview technique is a dialogue between the source and the interviewer to collect reliable information or the needs of the interviewer.
