Kedudukan Nasabah Asuransi Sebagai Kreditur Pada Perusahaan Asuransi Pailit

Abstract

Insurance is one of the main things that the Indonesian people need to protect themselves from the risks of loss in the future. The purpose of this writing is to find out what legal protection is for insurance customers for insurance company bankruptcy according to Law no. 37 of 2004 concerning bankruptcy and what legal efforts insurance customers can take to obtain their rights if the insurance company is declared bankrupt. This writing was written using a qualitative research method, namely research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis.
