The Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance

Case Study of PNM Mekaar Kramat Jati Unit

Abstract

The research was conducted to prove the effect of compensation on employee performance and the effect of the working environment on employee performance. A total of 31 respondents were used from PNM Mekaar unit Kramat Jati using questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. By testing the performance hypothesis, employees were significantly affected by compensation but were not significantly affected by the work environment.
