Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Di Kecamatan Sanana Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, and Financial Literacy on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the restaurant cluster in Sanana District, Sula Islands Regency. The background of this research is based on the low financial literacy of MSME actors in Sanana District, which has led to recurring bankruptcies every year. The research problem focuses on whether Financial Knowledge, Financial Behavior, Financial Attitude, and Financial Literacy affect the performance of MSMEs in the restaurant cluster in Sanana District, Sula Islands Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative research design. In determining the data, the researcher used a saturated sampling technique because the total population consisted of only 30 respondents. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. The results of this study indicate that the variables Financial Knowledge, Financial Behavior, and Financial Attitude, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in the restaurant cluster in Sanana District.
