Analisis Pengujian Kapasitas Baterai 110 VDC Unit 2 Pada Gardu Induk 150 kV Bandung Utara

Abstract

This study aims to determine the reliability of these batteries by conducting battery capacity tests. These tests are intended to assess the viability and reliability of the batteries at the 150 kV North Bandung Substation during routine maintenance. This study uses the Battery Test System (BTS) 200 to measure the capacity, efficiency, and voltage of the 110 VDC batteries. The results of this study show that in the 110 VDC Unit 2 battery capacity test in 2018, after 5 hours of discharge, the measured battery capacity was 299.75 Ah, whereas in 2020 it was 299.52 Ah. After a 5-hour discharge test, the 110 VDC battery of Unit 2 at the 150 kV Bandung Utara Substation had a battery efficiency of 99.91% in 2018 and 99.84% in 2020. In this case, the battery efficiency is considered good because it remains above the specified standard of >80% based on PLN standards, so the battery can be said to be in good condition.
