Analisis Analysis of Indonesian Language Teachers' Difficulties in Implementing Deep Learning in Elementary Schools
Abstract
This study describes the implementation of deep learning and analyzes the difficulties Indonesian language teachers face and their influencing factors at UPTD SD Negeri 071031 Nazalou, using a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving six grade I-VI teachers, analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Results show teachers have implemented deep learning guided by meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning principles, though time management and structured evaluation remain suboptimal. Difficulties include inconsistent understanding, student heterogeneity, and limited facilities, caused by lack of training, inadequate school support, and no systematic evaluation instruments.
