Meninjau Pemberian Jasa Hukum Dalam Perspektif Islam
Abstract
Law in Arabic is called a rule, which is a standardization, measure, benchmark for society to behave/behave with the aim of achieving peace in life, so that there is peace, at least the necessities of life are not disturbed. As social beings to meet the needs of life, humans interact with each other in these interactions, it is not uncommon for disturbances or disputes to occur which sometimes cannot be resolved by the parties to the dispute, so the assistance of other people who provide legal rations is needed. In Islam the concept of providing legal services is carried out by three groups, namely: Hakam, Mufti and mushalli-alaih while in positive law it does not distinguish the roles of the three groups, of which there is only one, namely defending
