Peran Pengembangan Etika Guru Terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa di Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out in the future and to partially analyze the role of developing teacher ethics and student discipline. The type of research conducted by this researcher uses the method of studying literature, journals, proceedings and websites. The development of teacher ethics towards student discipline is an important element in improving the quality of education. In order for student discipline and teacher professional ethics to increase the quality of effective education, it must formulate and articulate learning objectives, guide the development, improvement and learning process, continue to build and develop teacher ethics and student discipline, and develop learning programs that can meet the needs. In creating good learning student discipline, of course, teacher ethics requires a synergistic relationship with all school members
