Fungsi Pengawasan DPRD atas Penerapan PP No. 66 Tahun 2001 tentang Retribusi Daerah

Abstract

This type of research is empirical research located in the DPRD Building and Rum Harbor, namely conducting research studies on the level of Seriousness of DPRD Members in supervising Government Regulation No. 66 of 2001 concerning regional levies that have been legalized, Data collection techniques using an interview and observation approach to research locations, analysis techniques using an inductive deductive approach in order to draw conclusions. In closing, it describes the conclusion of the entire discussion, namely regarding the role of DPRD members in general and more specifically in Commission A which is in charge of government in supervising the implementation of every regulation, both government regulations issued by institutions at one level from the regions and regulations issued by regional governments.
