The purpose of this study was to determine the Proshop merchandise circulation system at PT. Fajar Sukses Tekhnik. This sample was taken from the method of data analysis technique used in qualitative analysis has stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and the last step is drawing conclusions and verification. The type of data used in this research is from the results of analysis and interviews related to the problem under study. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data.
The results of the study show that the environment for controlling merchandise, in this case the determination of human resources who are appointed as executors of warehouse keepers, is carried out centrally and recruitment is objective so that it affects the integrity and ethics of the staff who work there.
PT Fajar Sukses Tekhnik already has SOPs or Standard Operating Procedures related to controlling the company's merchandise inventory in general, which makes the operation of merchandise inventory control activities effective and systematic. In this case the employees or staff on duty have clear references or guidelines in their respective operations. Adequate Monitoring and Control System at PT Fajar Sukses Tekhnik regarding the management of merchandise inventory control which is implemented in the form of Stock Taking of merchandise inventory.
