Tokopedia's Lobbying and Negotiation Strategy in Reaching a Collaboration Agreement with Tiktok Ltd
Abstract
This article discusses the collaboration between Tokopedia and Tiktok which has generated a lot of public attention regarding its success. In carrying out collaboration, Tokopedia of course carries out lobbying and negotiations in business communications in the form of implementing effective strategies in lobbying and negotiations aimed at Tiktok to achieve common goals and mutual benefits. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study type of research, with data collection methods from literature studies. From this research, it can be analyzed the effective lobbying and negotiation strategies in business communication used by Tokopedia in its collaboration with Tiktok, so that it will produce a win-win result, if both parties want to resolve the problem well with mutual benefit. one another. Lose-win (lose win), when one party chooses to give in in order to gain a profit or benefit from the loss. Lose-lose (lose-lose), if there is a failure in the process of cooperation and problem solving between related parties. Or win-lose (win-lose), illustrating that one of the disputing parties always wants to compete and be competitive to get a much bigger result.
