Systematic Literature Review Affective Commitment pada Konteks Asia Tenggara

Abstract

Tujuan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini adalah untuk memahami secara mendalam terkait variabel Affective Commitment terkait anteseden, konsekuensi, dan konteks objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam meneliti Affective Commitment. SLR ini berfokus pada identifikasi secara terstruktur terhadap Affective Commitment dengan rentang waktu 10 tahun terakhir yang dibatasi hanya pada Negara Asia Tenggara. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian ini melalui pencarian artikel referensi yang relevan dengan kriteria kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil pencarian ditemukan bahwa terdapat 30 artikel yang relevan untuk dijadikan acuan menyusun SLR. Kemudian, dari hasil pencarian tersebut masing-masing artikel referensi diidentifikasi berdasarkan anteseden, konsekuensi, dan konteks objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam meneliti Affective Commitment. Adapun setelah dilakukan identifikasi terkait artikel referensi, didapatkan hasil bahwa dominasi anteseden dari Perceived Organizational Support dan Transformational Leadership. Sedangkan, konsekuen yang ditimbulkan karena adanya Affective Commitment didominasi dari Employee Performance dan Turnover Intention. Adapun terakait dengan konteks objek penelitian yang diteliti mayoritas artikel referensi banyak diteliti pada sudut pandang karyawan. Dengan adanya fokus penelitian yang terjadi di Negara Asia Tenggara, SLR ini diharapkan mampu menjadi dasar acuan untuk organisasi dalam meningkatkan dan mempertahankan Affective Commitment.
