PENGARUH DIMENSI KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN HIDUP PADA ANGGOTA DIREKTORAT SAMAPTA POLDA DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kepuasan hidup. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 150 orang anggota kepolisian di Direktorat Samapta Polda D.I.Yogyakarta yang telah bekerja selama minimal 5 tahun. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan dua alat ukur, yaitu skala kepuasan kerja yang diadaptasi dari AJDI (The Abridged Job Descriptive Index) yang disusun oleh Stanton et al. (2001) dan skala kepuasan kerja yang diadaptasi dari SWLS (the Satisfaction With Life Scale) yang disusun oleh Diener et al. (1985).
Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Perolehan nilai r2 = 0,760 dan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Di samping itu, hasil analisis data terhadap masing-masing dimensi kepuasan kerja menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara pekerjaan dengan kepuasan hidup (p = 0,000), ada pengaruh positif antara gaji dengan kepuasan hidup (p = 0,000), ada pengaruh positif antara promosi dengan kepuasan hidup (p = 0,044), ada pengaruh positif antara supervisi dengan kepuasan hidup (p = 0,023), dan ada pengaruh positif antara rekan kerja dengan kepuasan hidup (p = 0,001). Dengan demikian, seluruh hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima.
