Pemaknaan Unsur Persamaan Pada Pokoknya Berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan (Studi Pada Sengketa Ms Glow/For Cantik Skincare+ Logo Vs Pstore Glow)
Abstract
Peningkatan emisi sangat berdampak terhadap pemanasan global. Terdapat peningkatan kekhawatiran global mengenai kelestarian lingkungan hidup yang telah menjadi prioritas utama baik di negara maju maupun berkembang. Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Green Human Resource Management, Organizational Reputation, dan Organizational Performance pada PT Bank Mandiri Tbk di Jakarta Selatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji Hipotesis, analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), serta uji hipotesis. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 142 karyawan PT Bank Mandiri di Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Reputation, (2) Organizational Reputation tidak berpengaruh positif dari Green Human Resource Management, (3) Organizational Reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance, (4) Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance, (5) Green Human Resource Management berpengaruh positif dari pengelolaan Organizational Performance, (6) Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Reputation, dan (7) Green Human Resource Management tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Performance yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Reputation
