Hubungan Status Tekanan Darah Dengan Ketahanan Pasien Covid-19 Tahun 2021 – 2022 Di Rsud Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung
Abstract
Penyakit virus Corona 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh sindrom pernapasan akut parah virus corona 2. Faktor resiko COVID-19 paling utama adalah Riwayat kontak dengan pasien terinfeksi COVID-19. Adanya penyakit bawaan seperti hipertensi, diabetes melitus, penyakit kardiovaskular dapat memperberat kondisi pasien COVID-19. Hipertensi ditandai dengan tekanan darah yang terus – menerus tinggi di arteri sistemik. hipertensi dapat menjadi patogenensis terjadinya infeksi COVID-19 dimana virus akan mengikat ACE2 yang ada di paru – paru kemudian penetrasi ke dalam sel sehinggan meningkatkan risiko infeksi berat melalui komolikasi yang terjadi, seperti ARDS, pneumonia, kegagalan multi – organ hingga berujung kematian. Analitik observasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode cross sectional menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan data digunakan ialah sampel yang sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi sepanjang 2021- 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. Data statistik uji chi-square menggunakan SPSS 26. Diketahui distribusi status tekanan darah pada pasien COVID- 19 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung terbanyak ialah pada status hipertensi derajat 1 sebanyak 32 pasien (56,1%) dan diikuti oleh hipertensi derajat 2 sebanyak 14 pasien (24,6%). Lalu pada status hipertensi derajat 3 sebanyak 4 pasien (7%) dan status hipertensi normal tinggi didapatkan dengan jumlah 7 pasien (12,3%). Diketahui distribusi ketahanan hidup pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeleok Bandar Lampung terbanyak ialah pada pasien hidup sebanyak 47 pasien (82,5%) dan pasien yang meninggal didapatkan 10 pasien (17,2%). Dan diketahui hasil analisis chi-square mendapatkan nilai p-value 0,000 (< 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan antara tekanan darah dengan ketahanan hidup pasien COVID- 19 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Terdapat hubungan antara tekanan darah dengan ketahanan hidup pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung.
