PENGARUH USABILITY, VALUE ADDED FEATURES, PRIVACY DAN INTERACTIVITY TERHADAP BRAND ATTACHMENT YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH POSITIVE WOM PADA MOBILE BANKING BCA
Abstract
BCA Mobile merupakan salah satu perbankan dengan kapitalisasi terbesar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). BCA mobile berhasil meraih peringkat tertinggi dalam popularitas pada tahun 2022 menurut Top Brand Award. BCA terbaik adalah meningkat, yang dapat memengaruhi brand attachment, dan Word of Mouth positive. Ia memiliki beragam produk, layanan, dan produk, mulai dari perbankan hingga seluler, e-commerce, telekomunikasi, dan layanan keuangan. Selain itu, ia juga memiliki beragam aplikasi, seperti seluler, online, dan online. Ini juga telah menjadi bagian dari sejumlah besar merek di Indonesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Indonesia.
