Pengaruh Social Support, Innovative Work Behavior, Worklife Balance, dan Organizational Commitment Terhadap Job Performance Karyawan Pada Gerai Bubble Tea di Mall Jakarta Barat
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel dukungan sosial, perilaku kerja inovatif, worklife balance, dan komitmen organisasional yang berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja pada konsumen bubble tea di mall Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (2) Perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (3) Worklife balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja, dan (4 ) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja.
